Shamus is out of town this week. He will be back briefly next week (week strting May 15), and then will be off again. He IS very difficult to nail down, because he travels very much with clients. The best way to contact him is by e-mail: his phone (advertised in this site) is much more unreliable when he is not in NY. Sometimes, it takes him a while to answer e-mails, but just keep on trying, he will eventually get back to you. He is classy and polite, and NEVER leaves a mail unanswered. I promise you won't be disappointed when you meet him! Good luck.
