He was in LA a couple weeks ago, and from our text exchange I thought he was based in San Diego; but right now appears to be in Fresno CA.  Any info appreciated

Said 400, was not very responsive. Mostly wanted to get serviced, and someone else who met him said he was very standoffish and in a hurry. He kept aggressively pushing for a 250 deposit which seemed like a red flag.
