I'd ask if he removes it upon request, if not I'd pass. It's just so hard to not notice and so distracting. Genital piercings are a no go for me even if they are taken out. While it seems like we may have similar thoughts about piercings, I would personally not feel like I'd have the right to ask him to change his appearance for me, so I wouldn't feel comfortable asking him to remove the piercing. If it's that big of a deal for me, I should just see someone else. That said, this dude's a hottie, so if anyone has any intel, I'm all ears. J.
