He reached out a few weeks after, I told him I was gonna be in Miami later that month, I told him we could do two hours he said he was excited, lets do it. Throughout the week he was texting me about it. The day before I said "OK See ya tomorrow at 8PM" he said "Yes!" The day of I texted him at noon "Hey still on at 8 right?" no answer. Around 5PM "Hey let me know if we're still on so I can get ready". He never replied. Never showed up. I blocked him everywhere, there's no point with him, 100% flake.
