So I've always thought that a referral from an existing client to a new one on ones services is almost the best case scenario,   regardless of the kind of business!

When I first started in this business,  I only worked from referrals.   It was kind of a "safety net"  for me I think.    For both the clients out there and escorts,  how much

importance to you place in a referral.    Does a referral from a friend mean more than one you simply read or hear about?

A personal referral from someone you know is always best in my book, on either side of hiring.

I refer my clients to other guys from time to time, especially during and after my recent move when my devoted regulars were having a hard time with my departure out of state. Most of those referrals have worked out and the masseurs I know appreciate the business. Good people tend to know good people.

I'm surprised. No escort has ever suggested others, probably because they'd prefer to get my money.

I'm afraid advice from other clients hasn't proved very helpful, though. Too much variation in both individual performance and personal preferences.

I don't like referrals because I'm very picky with my clients so if I don't want to see a client then I feel it might reflect poorly on the original client that referred me.

Only a few times have the referrals been a lot cuter and had more chemistry than the original client, and more times than not, the referrals are ugly and I would decline to work on them if I had a choice beforehand.

I have a personal list of new, younger masseurs and escorts that I refer to clients that I don't want. Of course I never contact them and ask them, but I consider it a nice sacrificial act.
