I have some sort of friends who liked jxcktherapy but got dropped by him 

Earlier comments talk about time management hiccups but his services being worth waiting for. What I heard is that he appeared in town without warning ahead and clients would not be able to fit him in (heh heh). It's his choice, but it seems petty or cruel if he drops them because of that.
