New Device Login emails

Some time in the past few days, I’ve started getting an email from

[email protected] 

every time I login to the site saying:

Hi EVdude, 

You just logged in from a device we haven't seen you use before. 
 

Device iPhone Browser Chrome Estimated Location* West Haven, Connecticut, 06516

I’ve made no changes to my account and have been using the same phone, browser, browser settings and Internet provider for more than two years.

Is there a way to stop these?

This is a security feature that should happen on the initial login.  If you don't log out of the site, you won't get these.

Thanks for quick reply. I never actually “logout” but I do close the browser. Any reason you can think of for this just starting out of the blue? I’ve never received these emails prior to a few days ago.

I changed my email to an old one I no longer really use. I log in and out of here multiple times a day so the emails were very annoying.

Did the emails start recently or have you been getting them all along? For me they started around July 1. Any ideas @RadioRob?

Just started happening.

Me too. It's kind of annoying. I finally went into my CoM settings just now and turned off that option. Hopefully, that will put a stop to it.

I tried the “Stop all email notifications” under Account Settings. No change… still get an email every time I login.

Try disabling it specifically via the "Recently Used Devices" option. \
