This morning I was viewing Rentmen on my phone. I must have hit something, as the screen condensed, and now everything is very tiny.  In the past there used to be a button on the upper right of the screen that would correct the view, but I no longer see that.

I logged out and back in again, but that didn't fix the issue.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

The same happened to me. I accidentally clicked on full View or something like it. Open up RM, carefully look for app view, click on it and you will see it the way you used to.

Thank you. I haven't been able to locate the app view button. I found it on Rentmasseur, but not Rentmen.

click the iPhone icon on the top center of the "full view" page style view you have now, and you'll get the "app view" again!

Let me know if you need extra help.

Thanks. The switch to mobile view isn't showing up on my phone. How odd.

I logged out, clicked the RM logo, logged back in, and everything seemed to reset correctly.

This is an example of the challenges facing those of us who are not very tech savvy. I had a similar experience a few weeks ago and it took me some time to figure out how to get rid of the tiny text.

With computers generally I try to stick to the narrow path of my expertise because if I wander off I really get lost.
