Not sure what that means, and Twitters FAQ about this didn't clear up my confusion. I'm guessing that his account is active and his content is available to some people, though. I'm sure he has an active Only Fans account, so you could subscribe and send him a message through that. Who knows if he would see your message and acknowledge it, though.
