I went to this website on the link as his profile did seem attractive to me. If you scroll through the volumes he's written, end is that the rate is apparently $1000/hour. The provider likes to come to this website and register a bunch of accounts pretending to be members (to the point where he creates hundreds of random posts in other forums to try and mask what he's doing) as a way to promote and defend himself.
