No problem.  I was known as a client to MM who said 'I am a fun client to work with'.  Which is why the guys gave me a good rate, which basically was MM and RA's individual one-hour incall rate combined.  No premium pricing for the combo session.  Keep in mind that RA and MM are partners.  There is no awkwardness between them about being naked and about engaging in play together and with a client.
