He has been on rentmen since December, 2017 and has reviews dating from 2018 - 2020, ending right before COVID became a thing. Several reviewers have reviewed other providers (and not always glowingly). So his nine five-star reviews don't seem to be from sock-puppets. German country code. He moves around...
