Curious as to how this website is perceived by users. The reviews on RM are sometimes questionable and wondering about this site and it's reliability. Planning a trip to London and checking things out.

I used to be on it, it’s got quite good reach, I would get regular business from it but the site was glitchy and they never seemed to get the billing right. When I tried to speak to them to fix things on my profile it was impossible to get hold of anyone who could communicate clearly. So I didn’t renew my advert.
