I've been registered as a user for a while now, and have been looking for an opportunity to post something. Finally, a topic has come up in "Ask an Escort" that I feel qualified to comment on because I was in a similar situation just 2 weeks ago.

Communication between escort and client is of utmost importance. In this case I think it's not only polite, but the responsible thing to do. That is, let the client know what happened, no matter how embarrassing or stupid you feel about it, and let the client decide whether to proceed with the appointment with necessary modifications to activities to be engaged in. If possible, reschedule the appointment a few days hence when the cut heals.

 

In my situation, the client was only in town for a short time and I was unble to meet with him. I felt bad that he was likely unable to spend time with an escort that evening. However, I trust his disappointment was tempered with the knowledge that his safety hadn't been compromised.

"Small" breaks in the skin (the imperceptible ones) are constantly trumpeted as a point of spreading disease. A break in the skin big enough to require a bandage is a major concern. No way should a mouth be going anywhere near it.

 

As a client, I would have appreciated your honesty and I probably would have invited you to dinner anyway and paid you at least some part of the fee. (And I would have chosen a restraunt where the food isn't salty.)

 

Showing up with a band-aid on a booboo on the private bits and expecting to go ahead normally would be just wrong. There's too much exposure to the bloodstream.

Sure, it is possible, which is why this should be done with a safety razor and done well in advance of any intimate contact. But yes, it can happen on both the testicles and on the shaft of the penis, depending on the care taken and how much hair there is or how much hair one wants to remove.

 

On the other hand, some clients do have the unique request, such as shaving you themselves, which I did allow one client to do once we got to know one another well, but another client who wanted to rim me and wanted to shave my ass first, well he got a, "Sorry, I do not think that is a good idea" and the whole matter was dropped.

I agree with Kevin's response fully. If this were a same day appointment, yes the escort should have mentioned it. In the case Kevin gave, he was able to give the client notice the day of a long planned appointment in order to cancel or assist the client with new plans. However, you did not say whether this was a long planned appointment, a same day session or if the escort had a way to reach you prior to showing up. Assuming he did, he should have notified you of the situation in advance.

Likewise, the client should notify the escort well in advance, in order to give the escort the opportunity to rebook the appointment with someone else.
