I could be wrong but it looks like a fake ad to me.

Pictures are too perfect.  With a haiku-like text.  A combo I have seen on countless fake ads.

I would be sceptical.

Pics belong to a Lebanese guy with no indication he's anywhere near the U.S.  and whose name is definitely not Latino.

He has taken  all the money he made from scamming people in NY & went to Arizona to get away from the cold. Unfortunately he will be back in NY soon & Rentascam will continue to allow him to post bogus ads.
