Yes I thought that maybe they were different guys and this could be catfishing but looks like the same mole/birthmark are in the same location on his torso

Just to update 

I met up with Nick and he is the real deal 

Looks better than his profile pictures definitely lean and ripped great biceps and amazing rock hard flat abs 

Chill interesting guy and very sweet
