I tried contacting him last month on the site and I haven’t had a response and in our chat he hasn’t read my message either(on the app it gives you a double check mark if the person you’ve messaged has opened it).

A lot of guys will only communicate by text & don’t even monitor or check their RM mailbox.

Anyone know how to connect app version on an android? I go to update chrome and it always says "something went wrong".

Well, I had hoped to have experience to report but... Had a nice text exchange with TurboBlue, he was leaving a Nashville Airbnb the following day and we made plans for an in-call at my place. Agreed on a time, texted my address, very pleasant exchange. The next morning when I texted to confirm I was looking forward to our appointment, crickets.  No response whatsoever.  Always shocked by this lack of customer service.

I hope you are joking. 

No shows and sudden disappearance of a provider is standard for the industry.
