Ok. we have the other side now. Clearly this was an ongoing monumental screw-up for which both sides bear responsibility. It seems there was no bad faith on either part just bad judgement and worse communication. This could have been easily avoided by the client just picking up the phone and for that he has to accept more responsibility IMO.

Usually, 7, 14, 21, and 28 days are key breakpoints in airfare pricing so people may secure nonrefundable fares for confirmed travel considerably ahead of time. (Keep this in mind for future travel appointments.) Your commitment is likely to commit your client to an unbreakble commitment. It is important to understand the situation and the impact of changes before altering it. You have to consider what giving a commitment obligates you to. That is where some escorts fall down. IMO, your responsibility was to look before you leap.
