If you’re not limited to the 4 therapists you mentioned I’d recommend Dann in Dallas.  There are a couple of threads on him in the Massage Therapist forum.  He was my go-to guy when I lived in Dallas.

I chatted with MaxG before I visited Dallas earlier this year to try to set up an appointment. He was really responsive and seemed genuinely nice, but our schedules didn’t overlap while I was in town. Definitely on my list if I ever return to the area. 
 

I did end up seeing BoyNXTDoor while I was there. Really nice guy with a dedicated massage room in his house. Pictures are very accurate. Solid massage skills too. More therapeutic than sensual, which was by request. HE was included but MT was limited - at the time he was seeing someone so wanted to draw a line, which I was totally fine with. Afterward we chatted for awhile before I left. I’d repeat.

Honesty in advertising is commendable; retiring from "escorting" whilst one is yet at the top of one's game and moving on to another "hands-on" vocation is, in my opinion, astute.
