I wouldnt hire this guy. He is an absolute scam and really is not worth your money.

I hired him a while ago. He looked older than his pics, but was very attractive, and taller than I expected. He was good at communication, but did request a picture first. I normally don't do that, but was thinking with the wrong head. I had a great time, though, once we got together. Guess it really is a YMMV type situation, or he's just different now.

The biggest problem about him is the $350+ an hour. Leading to him saying his schedule is completely open when asking for an appointment. Never forget, it is always ok for you to walk away when you see who actually opens the door.

When contacting possible hires, I have only encountered the race/ethnicity question from Asian providers, and only from a subset of them.  Some will ask directly, some will ask some version of "Are you Asian too?"

A completely different vibe -- at the initial visit with providers of various backgrounds, as things are getting familiar/relaxed/hot and heavy at the same time 🤪 🤗 , I will often get the "Where are you from" question, which doesn't bother me and I can understand, since my ancestry is European but visually I have attributes that some might associate with Middle Eastern or Central Asian ancestry.
