Personally for me I want the face shot to see that the escort is who he says he is when he shows up. I have read in some of the reviews, especially when the escort responds that someone else is using his pictures or his ad or his phone to get business. If I know what you look like and when "you" show up the picture does not match the person, then I can (1) get rid of the fake and (2) let you know that someone is hustling using your pictures without your permission. It is really a protection for both sides.
