I guaran-fuckin-tee you 2 months is no good test of any anti-depressant. x( Even the "miracle" drugs take a minimum of 30 days for the most elementary changes to be noticed by the user. Frankly, most "miracle" drugs only work their miracles on a small minority. Most people require lifestyle changes (give up alcohol, take up exercise, alter the diet, or more radical measures).

Of course, the "miracle" drugs come with side effects. :(

I highly recommend a comprehensive, natural approach (not exactly medically/politically correct, but it worked WONDERS for me).

Try 5-HTP..."5-Hydroxy-Tryptophan." Look it up on the net (do a search for "5-HTP"...it's "nature's true anti-depressant). Find it at health food stores. Be sure to follow the directions about taking it with Vitamin C and B-6, but use your own supplements, even if the label says it already contains C & B-6. Give it at least 30 days.

(Speaking of "natural" anti-depressants, St. John's Wort is highly touted, but usually only works for those with minor depression).

If anyone would like to hear more about my experience with "natural" anti-depressants, private message me. NO, I'm NOT selling anything. :+

Donnie's ATM pic reminds me of the story an escort told me. One of his regular, frequent clients showed up with a Texas A&M baseball cap on -- cracked him up. The logo on the cap was a T m. It was a great metaphor.

Clients run the total breadth of diversity that makes our world so great....my client base runs the gamut in ages, weight, race, financial back ground, marrital stat, orientation, etc etc...

but what I really wanted to address was the diet issue. Have you considered hiring a personal trainer? IF you are willing to pay $150.00 an hour for an escort, that could get you 2-3 personal training visits, depending on what city you live in. Not that I want to discourage you from utilizing our services, but let me be honest (having used personal trainers off and on for several years), the benefits to your self confidence from improved body image far outweigh the benfits of paying for a hot guy to spend an hour with you.....that improved body stays with you depending on how you maintain it, the luster of one of us hotties stays with you for a much shorter while.

Then, once you get the improved body that you are seeking, go for the hiring...also, try setting realiztic goals for yourself.....it's very discouraging to one's goals if they are so lofty and unattainable and we expect too much too fast.....also, regarding diet...are you 1) eating several small meals a day rather than 3 big ones? 2) Not eating after 7 p.m.? 2) drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day ? (this imporves matabolism.) 3) having someone teach you the right form on the excercises? 4) Cutting down considerably any carbohydrates after 2-3 p.m. ish? 5) Allowing at least 1 day a week where you spoil yourself and eat whatever you want to?

Just some thoughts, as I know how it feels to be frustrated by not gaining what you want out of a diet of work out program. Encouragement from others was always a great boon to me! Good luck to you, in both the diet, workout, and hiring of escorts! :)

Gabriel,

Thanks for your words of encouragement. Someone else here suggested a personal trainer, and I'm starting to get seriously interested in doing this. As far as meals, I eat three a day, usually some cereal for breakfast, soup or a small sandwich at lunch and a small portion of meat or pasta with salad for dinner. I drink water constantly, probably more than 10 glasses a day if I kept count. I walk a couple of miles a day and use free weights for my chest and arms. What I would really like to do is situps and pushups, but I just can't seem to do as many as I should be able to so I end up not doing any at all.

I wish I lived near St. Louis, I'd give you a call!:-)

actually, you've just hit upon a real myth in the world of working out....when it comes to working out, it's not how heavy the weight is, or in your case, how many times do I do a sit up (and actually, you shouldn't even be striving for sit ups, you should be doing crunches.....sit ups are bad for the back), but rather, it's all about form. Don't worry about how heavy or how many...get the form right, and things will happen...

also, the one thing about crunches.....you will never see the result if your diet isn't in line.....I know that 1st hand...though I am in greeat shape, I love my sweets to much to probably ever see my 6 - 12 pack.....the guys you see with those incredible guts......remember, that is their job...they are highly paid models to ensure they are selling workout mags.....if you look in the majority of gyms, most of the guys will be somewhat soft around the middle,,,,,,even the real buff ones. (yes, there are the exceptions) but the reality is, most of us don;t have the lifestyle to ensure our bodies look like that.

If it wasn't for the escorting, I probably wouldn't be in as good shape as I am, since I know that is one of the factors to being hired. So, I do understand the frustration. Set realistic goals, get a trainer, and learn great form! Good luck to you! :)

>I have to say it over and over again (since I also love food,

>and do eat whatever fattening thing comes my way....slurp.)

>Excercise, Excercise, Excersise. I don't care how you do it,

>or when...but be consistent and you will see results.

I think we're going to get along just fine! ;)

For me, the holy trinity }( to keep a healthy weight is:

1. Get enough sleep;

2. Regular exercise;and

3. A balanced diet on a regular and consistent basis (i.e. a diet that one can keep doing for long-term)

Sounds like something that we all learn in kindergarten but guess what guys, it often takes us many years to rediscover them! :p
