I saw a Rodrigo and a Jorge at a Shangrila pre pandemic.  I lost track of Rodrigo but I’ve head he occasionally still works at Shangrila but have never verified that.  Jorge who was a bit better in my experience but who was harder to book) is here and I highly recommend.

Tall Rodrigo at Shrangi-la was amazing. I loved my session with him (this was in 2019). Wish I knew where he went or if he's still sping massages. I'd book again definitely

There were two Rodrigo’s. One was a beefy Brazilian and the other was tall, slim build. 
Have they both dropped off the radar?

Yes he is, but maybe not as athletic as before. Still very handsome and had a good time. He says he’s also working at alpha or another spa under the name Diego

I was just informed by Jack at Shangrila that Rodrigo is not working there anymore. If anyone has info to share please PM me . I have been seeing him for many years and I hope he is ok .
