Oddly, the phone number given is the same as Jackson's Zillow listing.  I suspect this is someone pulling a punk on Jackson.  There's no way he'd use his real estate phone number for a rentmen ad.

So this one is a mystery.   I initiated the parallel inquiry on Deli.

@hammee3ny, exactly. Which is why I immediately crossed him off my list. If he’s going to associate and shill for people with that guy’s reputation, I don’t want anything to do with him. Plus, with Ivy’s rates, this guy is probably looking for the stars also.
