One hour, two hours, all night, what should we pay?

I run a business myself and I which involves visiting clients and have no problem with the almost universal expectation that a short visit is going to cost more (per hour) then a lengthy engagement. This is why I am surprised to find that in the field of escorting most of you guys (initially at least) quote prices on the 'multiplication' principle (i.e. 1 hour is 100 euros so 2 hours is 200 euros and all night will take about ten hours so it's 1000 euros! On this basis, I, as a client, find by far the best value in the one hour deal where, for the 100 euros, you probably use loads of energy with various forms of kissing, sucking, licking, squeezing, etc, and then probably either fuck or get fucked, and if it's a nice evening, cum as well! If a second hour occurs, all you probably have to do is allow the client to wallow in the afterglow, and maybe engage in a bit of conversation based on your life story! Not such hard work!

If the client should actually engage you for the whole night, surely most of the time you're fast asleep - then you get a free breakfast!

My serious point is that unless you have clients queing at the door for your services you may ulimately make more money per day by, for instance, offering any overnight experience for, say, three hours money? Am I totally missing the point here?

who does this?

i don't know anyone who charges the hourly rate multiplied by the number of hours in duration for an overnight.

everyone i know has some kind of overnight rate that is somewhat less expensive than the cumulative hourly rate. most people also charge slightly less for the second & additional hours after the first.

I too don't know anyone who actually charges on that multiplication scale for an all night. Clients either book me for 1-3 hours, in which case they just pay my standard hourly fee of $150, or they book me for an over night, which is $850, and then in some cases I get booked for a weekend of more. An overnight for me generally starts at around 6 p.m. and ends app 9 the next a.m. Clearly, I would be stupid at business if I charged my hourly rate for that time frame. Very few would be able to afford that.

If , as you say, most of the time is being asleep, then something is askew. The whole evening is about companionship for one. So it might be sex upon first getting to the hotel room, then a great dinner, perhaps going out for a while, or returning back to the hotel for a bottle of wine, more sex, and maybe a movie in the hotel, and then drift off to sleep cuddling, if the client is into that. Then it's up sometimes fairly early for more sex, and a breakfast in the room.

The nightly fee and that whole experience is far more than just sex, it's about companionship, and while I love overnighters (I prefer them cause you actually get to know one another), it's also not the easiest, because during that entire time, it's all about the client and their needs, (at least, that's what I bring into the experience) and though the client always wants to make sure I am having a great time as well, I want to ensure above all else that the client is the one who leaves happy, and that does take work.

So, while I would agree with you that clearly the multiplication scale might seem somewhat an odd thing to do (and I don't personally know anyone who does that) your other suggestion of let's say only charging for 3 hours for the whole night, doesn't make much business sense to me either, because there is great value to what we do and what we bring in the role of companionship.

Simple Math

Ethan is, of course, quite correct.

Every escort who's rates I have ever looked at, even for the rates of total bottoms, charges less for additional time. As with Gabe, three hours with me, are charged for the second and third hour at a reduced price. Hiring me over night is just an additional small premium over the three hour rate.

However, I think the three of us here are talking about escorts based in the USA and as you stated Euros, perhaps escorts in Europe charge differently. In this instance, should you be interested in someone, I think Reg's often stated suggestion to negotiate with the escort would be worth exploring, with the exact same argument you make here, but not that an entire evening should cost the same as three one hour sessions.

As Gabe points out in his excellent explanation of what an overnight can entail, it does require more effort and energy on the part of the escort, just perhaps not sexual effort and energy.
