I can't vouch for whether this will work, but there used to be a web site that advertized rather handsome male models (in suggestive poses) in Estonia which is just a ferry ride from Helsinki. The site now just advertizes web services, but you might try emailing them at info@agentuur.com

with a reference to their former site and express an interest in any referals they could make for an "affectionate" male tour guide for Finland.

I used to be in Helsinki frequently a few years ago, and there were always guys advertising (some with pictures) in the weekly guide (This Week in Helsinki, or some similar title) that you get for free at the train station, airport, or hotels. Maybe this has been toned down since I was there. See Spartacus Guide also for swimming pools and saunas that are cruisy - but remember that Finns take saunas very seriously. Also, there are a few dance clubs which have a small commercial population.

I am just back from there. I am sorry to report that I saw no such thing. It was suggested to me that the country is full of "whores" so a rental market is just not necessary!
