Devon is the guy being gut punched.  I saw him several times in the 1990s, I believe.  He was a great guy, and could get into role plays that involved sweaty passionate and rough action.

Unfortunately, I think he had a terrible drug problem and fortunately ended up in rehab.  After that, he came back strong on the gut-punching front, but I have not seen him recently.
