Anthem by Noah Hawley

I read Anthem these last two days. It is a novel set in the very near future where the threat of climate change is much more serious, and the potential civil war is at hand in the US. The pandemic is over, but a suicide epidemic among young people sets in. Have we created a world that our young cannot live in? Hawley's biting social and political commentary skews left, but just about everybody takes a hit. His insights are fantastic, so I recommend this novel for those who like to read fiction.
