If it's the same Palmer, I believe he's a bartender in Ptown during the summers and does massage in PS in the winters. His massage was great, albeit completely therapeutic. I had the pleasure of meeting Palmer at his location, and had an enjoyable experience. While it may be true that he is not "formally" trained in massage, his technique is great, his pressure was spot on, and overall I was relaxed and well massaged through the whole session. PM if you want more details. But, I don't believe that he is a "well known scam artist" as previously mentioned. He keeps changing his name and his story is always changing. I compared notes with another one of his clients and we both figured out he was telling us two different stories about his training and certification. Also my massage was mediocre at best.
