I think Richard owns most of the city's spas for men at this point. Energy, W Man, 27, HK, Yeah Man as well as the closed Paris, 28, Grandee, East Men, New Yorker, TSMS.

I believe Chelsea Men's Spa, G Men,  and whatever Morning Dew is called now have different owners.

Any other spas I'm forgetting?

And you know this how?

Don't think this is accurate.

What are rates at Batman spa? And is Jay still there?

Sounds like he's the one to try.

It was $95 for 90 minutes I believe when I went a few months ago

and Jay was great

Why Not?

Epic?

I forgot about Why Not and Epic. I have no idea who owns them - never been to either one

I've been told that Richard used to be a masseur, but more than a decade ago.

28 Men Spa closed a while ago, unless you mean the unofficial "health center" that has been operating in its place on a "by appointment only" system. I've only visited there recently when I've made appointments with masseurs from RM or MF. They always give an address nearby and tell me to call when I arrive outside. Of course, then they tell me to go to the real spot at the old 28MS location or they walk out to find me.

I meant this place.

It didn't look closed to me earlier this month, I went there both by appointment and as a walk in and had a lot of fun.

High key 28 is not really a huge lost. Only been there once and never came back. Place is meh, definitely not on hk/27 level and not even Tsms level. They’re owned by same guys at Energy.

Recently, I had found 2 boys who were very, how should I say ... willing

None of this ownership stuff matters... stick to the purpose of the thread...

I does. The owner has a strong influence on the policies at the spas. Also the title of the thread is to discuss spas in NY, not "Masseurs in NYC".

The fact that there is a near-monopoly controlled by 1 person in NYC is well within the subject matter of a thread called "Spas in NYC".

While I have only been there by appointment in the last few months, I believe that most, if not all, of the signage has been removed, at least from street view. Even the buzzer shows "Health Center" or something equally generic. The only sign for "28 Men's Spa" I noticed was in the bathroom blocking the window. Maybe I missed something, but IIRC there was nothing to identify it as 28 Men's Spa from the street. I didn't see much of the lobby as I was ushered to the massage room quickly each time. I'll have to take a better look at the store front next time I'm in the area. 🤷‍♂️

Epic’s handled by the same team as Chelsea. Idk why there’s a drastic price change lol but most if not all of their guys rotate in between, so if yall are eyeing someone specific then just hit up Chelsea to save a few bucks lol

This is so typical of nyc. No choice, monopolies etc. one sauna, a handful of spas that are almost the same etc

Any info on Noble Men Spa? They seem legit and they have some interesting offerings like their group healing sessions - 3 people with 3 handlers. I'd love to know more about this.

That makes sense re Maycon from Paris bc Kenny told me he’s now at Energy. If these spas are all owned by the same guy, it must make it easier for the masseurs to move from one to the next.

So Paris is officially closed? Just got word that there’s a new guy named Maycon at Energy, maybe it’s the same guy from Paris? Lol

Probably. Kenny is also working at energy.

Troy @ Energy men spa in pain in the butt. Tried him in the past. I thought  to give him one more chance but I was wrong.  total waste of money. He does nothing, just time pass.

Unfortunte. I've always had a good time at Energy. granted it's hit or miss, but generally a cute guy and a very good time. The shower is worthless, but the massage and fun is everyting.

Had a good experience there recently. Clean. Nice decor. Solid massage.

It seemed expensive. Is it better than the places that charge much less?

G Man, W Man, Chelsea and Epic are most likely owned together by a different person too.
