The site is now occupied by a high-rise hotel's parking garage with much of the neighborhood and roads altered.....the club's notorious revolving doors were very near the current intersection of Piedmont and Cocoanut Grove Lane.....next time you use revolving doors, look for adjacent normal outward-opening doors, a direct result of this disaster and code-updates......

I remember my parents talking about the fire. My dad was apparently concerned that his sister and brother in law were there after a Boston College football game.

A justified concern!
