Check to make sure your browser is enabled to accept cookies.  If you block cookies you are likely to get this problem.  Especially in Chrome.  I am not having any problems accessing the site.

Rentmasseur is working for me today, but a few weeks ago I got automatically logged out and could not log back in using Firefox.  I know I was typing the correct credentials and the CAPTCHA but it wouldn't work.  Even while not logged in, if I clicked who was supposedly available now for my area the list was incomplete.  I know this because at the same time I tested the site in Chrome and it not only let me log in but it also showed more providers as available now.

I emailed their support.  They replied that they were working on the issue.  My problem was resolved the next day.
