I recently saw a reprise of part of a Tom Hanks interview that included a clip from Philadelphia. After the clip he quietly said that all of the extras in that clip were HIV+ or had AID's and that none of them were with us any longer. And then he stopped for a moment, unable or unwilling to continue.
