Mr. Universe Appearance

I took note when the sign said that Mr. Universe would be appearing as part of a food festival at the local organic food store. Sure enough, I found him at a table, signing photos of himself in full pose with muscles aglow. However, the contrast with the man signing the pix and the man in the pix was striking. It reminded me of how fleeting beauty (and fame) can be. This Mr. Universe looked to be well into his seventies, thinning hair down to his waist in a rather hippie-ish look. But very frail looking. So I looked him up on the internet, and, well, he is one year younger than me.

 

Next to him was a hot young bodybuilder type, with Mario Lopez cutieness in his face. He had praying hands tattooed on his neck, which might not make him so much fun in bed, but at least the tattoo looks okay until later in his life, when those hands start sagging as well.

 

I'll go to the gym tomorrow.

This is what I have always thought of folks into 'ink'. How will that tatt look in the rest home...
