That's the title of a new show on TLC channel, Mondays 10 pm, which sucked me in and held me.  It's only 2 episodes in, but gives new meaning to "So Freakin cheap"....I always thought it a travesty when guys try to bargain down the price of "providers",  but after watching the people on this show haggle, bargain and embarass themselves in an effort to save a penny, nothing surprises me anymore.  and the surprising thing is that these are people that are not financially challenged....they HAVE money,  but......

Its a simple but fascinating watch.....

We've been taught to be deceitful and mean.  Why not add "cheapskates"?
