My take on this from reading entire Article..They met and only knew each other "Face to Face" the day of the Murder?

The Heading "Slit Lover's Throat" is definitely to sell paper's AS USUAL! ;-)

Read the article again, JT. The prosecutor stated that the two had known each other for a number of years. This sounds like a case of "gay panic", if that is to be believed!x(

They might have been ACQUAINTENCES..But the statement "Try me I'm not your average poof" the DAY of the Murder...does sound like they never had SEX before.. never mind being Lover's..At least that's the way I read it...;-)

Now that is where the GAY PANIC Defense.. will definitely come into play! IMHO as usual! ;-)

Boy, did the victim look old for 33. I don't think that any defense will be too successful. The fact that he ate his victim afterward seems to point pretty strongly to cold-blooded murder.

This whole story of "I ate him" (not in a good way) is just an after thought for the Defense purpose of: What a Wack Cannibal I am!
