The guys are in a southeast Asian jungle. Jeff Portnoy (Jack Black) is going through severe drug withdrawal and his comrades have strapped him to a tree. Alpa Chino (Brandon T. Jackson) has accidentally let it slip that he is gay (by admitting he has a crush on someone named "Lance") which prompts Jeff to offer (in desperation) to "service" him if he'll untie him from the tree.
