I'm starting to believe every young guy from Colombia is gorgeous!

They don't let the ugly ones leave. Same with India, only the smart ones can immigrate to the US .

Ben... did I say the wrong thing? All Columbians in America are cute and all Indians are brilliant. Am I not politically correct?

Not Ben, but I'll say no, you're not. I suspect you intended to be provocative and not fact based.

He's based in Dallas. Was in the US without a visa when we met.

Unfortunately there are a lot of guys from South America on RM that are here in the states without a visa or with an expired one. I feel really sorry for these guys.

I know a guy from Uruguay overstaying his visa, saving money, investing it back home, etc. Don't feel sorry for them if they're hot enough to escort they're having an easier time then other people overstaying their visas.

I won't mention him or his ad.

While politically incorrect there is a little bit of truth here.

Getting a Tourist Visa can be expensive for Latin Americans and their smaller economies.

These could be the same people who can afford plastic surgeries like https://rent.men/Jhon_Colombian

He has a six-pack job not very well done, but at least his c*ck looks big and yummy.

I wouldn't feel sorry for anyone overstaying their Visas. Why doing that when they could easily go back and forth?

Once they leave the US, with their expired visas, they won't be able to return to the US again.

Getting a US visa is not easy! I had a friend go through the long and expensive process. Took him 4 months just to get a time slot for the interview. It is expensive in both time and money.

I wouldn't recommend or encourage anybody to overstay their visa - but I can see how it might make sense for some. ?‍♂️

I think there are just a whole lot of people in the world who have more desperate situations and fewer options than we can even imagine.

We don't know his story, he could be applying for asylum and is just waiting to get an EAD. The last administration made processing asylum claims more difficult and stretched out. Normally you could get an interview within the 6 month period before your non-immigrant Visa expired. But, now, you can end up waiting years. At the same time, you are not allowed to work while waiting on your interview. That's 6 months before you are eligible to even apply for the EAD. Also, these South American countries are not friendly to gay people. So, he could easily apply for asylum or already has, but needs a source of income to have shelter (address to receive mail), buy food, pay a lawyer if he has one, gym membership, afford a phone, pay the phone bill.
