I think it is more so for setting boundaries. If someone ask me to do something that I am not comfortable with money is not going to change my mind. Also there are kinks that I am more that willing to indulge, just because they are extreme doesn’t mean I’ll raise the price. For me the price is for the Tasting Menu, not a la crate.

I think communicating what you're looking for as a client and being open to hearing this as a provider is important. With that said, I never discuss things on an open channel and use encrypted untraceable comms to do so.
