I'd bet most of those clients aren't turned off by the budget question. In other words, the clients he's "losing" aren't likely to be his target audience and aren't likely to hire him. While very hot, you can read between the lines of his ad that he's targeting clients who pay way more than $300/h. He actually calls upfront for SPONSORS of his lifestyle, because by his looks on his most recent IG post, he's currently not as muscled as in the pictures of his ad. My experience with models and instagramers is that they are extremely good in communication. They know how play the game and they would never use "what's your budget".
