Something I've been wondering. When on RM and we share our GPS location for escorts near us does it show our exact location or general vicinity? Anyone know?

I remember chatting with one escort and mentioning that GPS had him in a cemetery nearby. He said that was an intentional joke and he wondered if anyone would notice. Apart from that, I can't tell how closely it pins you down. Most Detroit escorts just put "Detroit", I'm assuming, and zooming in shows the same location in downtown for all of them.

I think ?? GPS often uses City Hall or a central post office if a specific address isn't cited. I remember a few years ago there was a small joke here in the forum that the generic GPS marker for Beverly Hills, CA, was the BHPD building.

Under “My Location” you can be as general as the city or as specific as your street address. I’m assuming most providers try to be somewhat specific so you can see how far away they are without divulging their actual location. You can enter your street address and move the indicator to a different spot on the map.

In DC, providers often choose the White House as their location. Wonder if they will continue to do that as it is now Covid Central.

I try not to use it because it freaks me out that my cellphone is already tracking me

I'll leave Target or Macy's and a Google prompt comes up saying how was your experience at "my town's actual name" Target or Macy's

 

But RM usually shows my location as Philadelphia even though I live in Cape May County NJ. Probably closer to Delaware than Philadelphia
