I'm curious. How does a provider appear as a main featured coverboy on Daddys Reviews? Is it just a matter of a review being submitted?

 

I think Daddy picks the coverboy just based on the reviews submitted for that day and his own personal preference. He probably can talk about what goes into it, but that's my understanding.
