Back in the mid-90s, a movie series I was a fan of were Love Scenes by B/Fore Productions. These were non-hardcore straight movies with shown hard-ons a-plenty. In volume 2 of the 4 movie series, my favorite, a hunky fitness instructor was disappointing his client by wearing pink shorts, which she took off to reveal a white thong, which she took off to reveal his nice cock and ass. That was played by Darren Lebrecht, who I only discovered today died 3 years ago of an asthma attack. He was probably the only actor in that movie series who wasn't ashamed to use his birth name in this film along with other mainstream work that he did.
