I can't imagine the hundreds of millions of dollars in lost revenue and wages that this reality will bring. Not to mention the overall loss of morale and artistic drive. New York may never recover!

I have it on pretty good authority that no one in the theater world

is even talking about the possibility of Broadway reopening before

2022. They are just publicly saying “maybe Jan 2021” so they

don’t have to refund the 2021 tickets....yet.

If true, why are they selling tickets to the rescheduled "The Music Man?". Talk about con. men.
