Why is it illegal to sell something that is legal to giveaway?

Agreed but anal sex was illegal in some states till the "activist judges" in the SCJ made it legal. It wasn't legal to giveaway for many years.

 

Also doing porno is legal but getting paid to have sex with someone is not. I guess it all comes to the over policing of our society and its hypocritical puritanical values that are still among us.

I can only imagine the number of hot young males who don't escort just because of this.

On the other side, I see women having a way more relaxed attitude about this, especially the new generations. The world changes.
