I loved that movie and was shocked how homoerotic it was. It was also very heartbreaking.

One of my favorites was Hustler White, but My Own Private Idaho left a big impression. There was another which I can't remember but I remember seeing it in an art cinema in San Diego one night and leaving sooooo depressed. It had such a dark ending. It was 1998 or so, I can't find it on the web anywhere.

 

My favorite gay movie is The Wolves of Kromer, for obvious reasons. A cheesy must see.

Greek Pete is another good one. It's a documentary directed by Andrew Haigh (a great director who did Weekend among others). Follows an escort in London and his life including meetings with clients. Off all those mentioned, Mysterious Skin is the only one I saw. Thought it was a great movie.
