Smoking has been banned in most public places in Chicago for a while but the exceptions for bars finally ended and they are now smokefree!

So I celebrated by entering a wrestling contest at a local joint. What a pleasure to arrive home without smelling of smoke. Of course I still needed to take a hot bath and soak my aching muscles.

Haven't had so much fun being in a headlock for a while. My wrestling singlet is shredded to pieces but at least it doesn't stink of smoke!

Think I'll be going out a lot more now.

There was a study done in Canada, and they used athletes like rowers for example. The Calgary Rowing Club held bingos where smoking was allowed, and it took over a month for the rowers to get the second hand smoke out of their bodies.

By the way did you win? I think you would look very very hot in a torn singlet...:-)

Two more good reasons for three to go out in Chicago, Raul wrestling, no more smoking in the bars (I never did like that) and the relaxed attitude of the guys back there. Can't wait to get back out there this month. Raul any chance you wrestling when I'm out there?

Hugs,

Greg
