This could be an unpopular opinion but "Avoid the cheap". What I mean by this is: Be extra careful with (if not avoid at all) the websites where you will find hustlers or amateurs who charge a fraction of a professional rate. Most guys on Rentmen are professionals who take care of their bodies, externally but also internally, vaccines, PrEP, etc. It's their source of income so they protect it. Approaching a guy for a $40 quick bj, increases the chances that he will give you something or he already got something from another cheap client. Basically most times you get what you pay for.
