Yes, too many red flags. For example, of the four photos that he has available that are not "private", two of those four photos were taken at least ten years ago. Look at the body on the four photos. It is clear that two of the photos are not recent. Skin texture and muscle tone are a clear sign that the four photos were taken years apart.

I've seen him on Instagram and his photos are real. I think three of those are from last 6 months, and his latest posts from mid February don't show any change in his physique. As for his bottoming or escorting skills, I really don't know much about that.
