My go to is Cetaphil Moisturizing cream mixed with a little extra vegetable glycerin. Makes for a great moisturizer. Also happens to be my secret for soft feet and callous free hands. If you have rough spots or skin that wants to crack (winter is coming, Jon Snow!) you can count on this moisturizer to help. ?
